Job Description


The Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence, focusing on social media, content creation, and SEO. The person will also contribute in other areas of content writing, implementing marketing strategies, and supporting sales with campaigns. This person will also play a supporting role with regards to digital platforms such as the CRM, tracking tools, reports, design as well as our websites and other platforms.


The selected candidate will be tasked with developing initiatives for the Digital Marketing/IT team related to SEO, copywriting, digital marketing, website management, newsletters and social media.


The position's focus will be on advertising and attracting selected audiences for various programs and products that we offer as well as manage the platforms for any other activities.


The selected candidate may be asked to provide a supporting role at times with regards to special projects such as events, conferences, sales support or other tasks if applicable.


Main tasks:


  • Manage all social media accounts and regularly create engaging content as well as advertising campaigns.


  • Develop and optimize content for our website.


  • Execute SEO strategies to improve search performance.


  • Collaborate with team members to align marketing initiatives.


  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and best practices to generate fresh content ideas.


  • Contribute by writing content on a wide range of platforms, such as websites, newsletters, ads, promotional material, etc.


  • Support the team with regards to digital platform management, including but not limited to; CRM, websites, tracking tools, SEO tools, marketing tools, social media platforms, etc.


  • Help with general design work for website content, advertising content, marketing content, etc.


  • Support sales through campaign design and management.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher education degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • High level of knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the following programs required: CMS, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe (photoshop, illustrator, InDesign).
  • Digital Marketing knowledge and background is required (Designing ads, using social media for campaigns, etc.)
  • Should have a good understanding and some experience on SEO copywriting techniques.
  • Must be fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency is other languages is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable working with others in a multicultural environment and with offices abroad.
  • Must be proactive be able to bring new ideas and strategies to the table.
  • Must be someone ambitious and driven who will want to grow and achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience in design, advertising, and sales experience are assets.

Le coordinateur du marketing numérique et des médias sociaux élaborera et mettra en œuvre des stratégies visant à améliorer notre présence en ligne, en se concentrant sur les médias sociaux, la création de contenu et le référencement. Cette personne jouera également un rôle de soutien en ce qui concerne les plateformes numériques telles que le CRM, les outils de suivi, les rapports, la conception ainsi que nos sites Web et d'autres plateformes.

 

Le candidat sélectionné sera chargé de développer des initiatives pour l'équipe Digital Marketing/IT en matière de référencement, de rédaction, de marketing numérique, de gestion de sites web, de bulletins d'information et de médias sociaux.

 

Le poste sera axé sur la publicité et l'attraction de publics sélectionnés pour divers programmes et produits que nous offrons, ainsi que sur la gestion des plates-formes pour toute autre activité.

 

Le candidat sélectionné pourra être amené à jouer un rôle de soutien dans le cadre de projets spéciaux tels que des événements, des conférences, un soutien aux ventes ou d'autres tâches, le cas échéant.

 

Principales tâches :

 

- Gérer tous les comptes de médias sociaux et créer régulièrement du contenu attrayant ainsi que des campagnes publicitaires.

- Développer et optimiser le contenu de notre site web.

- Exécuter des stratégies de référencement pour améliorer les performances de recherche.

- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour aligner les initiatives de marketing.

- Suivre les tendances, les idées et les meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux afin de générer des idées de contenu fraîches.

- Contribuer à la rédaction de contenu sur un large éventail de plateformes, telles que les sites web, les bulletins d'information, les publicités, le matériel promotionnel, etc.

- Soutenir l'équipe en ce qui concerne la gestion des plateformes numériques, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le CRM, les sites Web, les outils de suivi, les outils de référencement, les outils de marketing, les plateformes de médias sociaux, etc.

- Participer à la conception générale du contenu du site web, du contenu publicitaire, du contenu marketing, etc.

Exigences :

 

- Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme d'études supérieures dans un domaine pertinent est exigé.
