We are looking to recruit a Team Lead for our Camborneoffice . Reporting to the Advice Services Manager, the Team Lead will oversee the effective and efficient operation of their assigned team, ensuring a safe, organised, and professional environment for clients, volunteers, and employees. As a key member of CA Cornwall’s leadership, you will be responsible for line-managing a team of paid staff and/or volunteers, supporting and coordinating recruitment, induction, training and development, and leading on team-based Health & Safety measures and requirements for the office/outreach locations you oversee. This role works collaboratively with the Quality of Advice & Technical (QAT) team, to provide the pastoral care and development needs of your team alongside the QAT’s input, feedback, and supervision of team members advice work.
