This strategic, results-oriented leader will report directly to the CMO and work collaboratively across multiple teams to smash our growth targets with precision and creativity. These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role: Strategic Growth Ownership: Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, Direct Mail, and mobile. Build and scale unified, integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top‑of‑funnel growth. Performance, AI, and Experimentation: Optimize key metrics like CAC, payback period, ROAS, and conversion rates. Build a culture of rapid experimentation across web and campaign surfaces. Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, improve performance, and scale intelligently. Team Leadership: Lead and grow a cross‑functional growth team spanning digital media, offline, content, Web/CRO, and SEO/GEO. Foster a performance‑driven, collaborative culture. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely across GTM teams, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Growth, and Sales, to optimize paid product adoption within the customer's first 60 days.
