Position Summary : The Manager, Project Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of infrastructure projects, including asset management, risk management, quality control, and project / facility operations. This role will report directly to the Group Head, Project Operations Management. Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants. Contract Administration : Manage contracts and subcontracts. Resolve contract disputes and claims. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Develop and manage project budgets. Track project costs and expenses. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Identify and assess project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Must Haves : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in P3 infrastructure or large-scale capital projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Nice-to-Haves : Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation. Facilities Management certifications (e.g., IFMA, FMP). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
