COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY CONTRACT PHASE: $4,000-$8,000 per project (6-month projects) 10-20 projects annually = $40,000-$160,000/year potential Prove your fit while earning competitive rates FULL-TIME TRANSITION: Junior Engineer: $100K base + 30% target bonus = $130K total Senior Engineer: $135K base + 35% target bonus = $182K total Multiplier opportunity: Additional disciplines (structural, MEP) earn 20-30% more Full benefits: Health/dental/vision, RRSP matching, professional fees, learning budget This compensation is 30-85% above Nova Scotia market rates because A-player engineers produce 3-5x the output of average talent.
