Cultivate deep community connections that amplify ARJAA’s impact and extend its influence through impactful storytelling. Be the visible, active presence in the community, creating momentum for justice and healing. Manage budgets and resources with responsible fiscal stewardship alongside the Board Treasurer. Foster a strong, transparent partnership with the Board of Directors, propelling ARJAA’s growth and strategic vision. Represent ARJAA with passion and authenticity, serving as a bold ambassador embodying the innovative spirit and transformative power of restorative justice.
