Senior Manager, Canadian Resource Centre (CRC) – Data and Analytics Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Canadian Resource Centre (CRC) – Data and Analytics role at KPMG Canada Overview At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world. We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team. This role is ideal for a professional with proven communication and technical skills, interested in travel and working from India. The role involves supporting audit business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modeling, enabling effective management of CRC objectives and KPIs. The Senior Manager will provide guidance to both offshore and onshore teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence in audits. What You Will Do Operations Oversee daily operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence in collaboration with the CRC national management and CDST teams. Support audit engagement teams in leveraging the CRC D&A Center of Excellence. Oversee quality improvement initiatives within the India-based QMCI team to ensure high audit standards. Create training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for internal use. Utilize firm processes to support business needs. Data & Analytics Identify new services, tools, and offerings to improve audit team experiences. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and FTE modeling using data analytics tools. Assist in business development and proposal creation. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure licensing and security compliance. Review and approve access requests for software and technology tools. Other Mentor junior team members and manage performance. Willingness to travel internationally and obtain necessary visas. Support policy interpretation and application as needed. Adjust working hours for effective coordination with offshore teams. Employees may need to work beyond normal hours due to business needs and are encouraged to utilize flexible work arrangements. What You Bring To The Role Canadian CPA or equivalent. 8+ years in public practice accounting, with 5+ years in management. Senior manager experience, preferably with KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years of auditing and team management. Degree in computer science, database management, or related field. Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle; proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, Power Query, Python, R, Alteryx, PowerApps/Power Automate. Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Bilingual in French and English is an asset. Experience with KBS Audit Foundations courses is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Comfortable working virtually and in-person. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products. Fluency in English, both written and oral. This position offers a salary range of $86,000 to $150,000, with potential bonuses, depending on skills and location. KPMG provides a comprehensive rewards package.
