You’ll work closely with our CIO and senior leaders to guide key decisions that impact every part of the organization. What We’re Really Looking For You’ve built or led companies where after‑tax ROIC exceeded 25% . You operate like a capital allocator —not just a budget manager. You’ve run finance like a value creation lab , not a cost center. You’re comfortable navigating and deploying float‑based revenue models , presale cash flows, and deferred revenue structures. You bring a mini‑CEO mindset —able to zoom from balance sheet to bar shift. Cultural Alignment Matters This isn’t a back‑office role – you’ll: Participate in bar reviews, venue audits, and guest journey mapping . Hold teams (including our senior leaders) accountable to the Gibbons Way and Gibbons Business Systems performance standards. Challenge bad growth and protect the long‑term brand. How We’ll Choose You "What’s your ROIC hurdle and why?" "How do you tie capital strategy to guest experience?" "What’s your best and worst investment decision?" You’ll be invited to: Solve our Float Simulation Challenge : “How would you deploy $25M in pre‑sale revenue over 18 months?” Design a 3‑year balance‑sheet expansion plan for one of our verticals. Present your capital allocation framework and guest flywheel metrics live.
