Support the leadership team from an HR perspective. Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top bilingual candidates. Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the hiring process, onboarding and people development. Stay current on recruitment trends and best HR practices in the FMCG industry. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.
