Base pay range $146,000.00/yr - $200,200.00/yr Senior‑Level Industry Principal, Survey Numerator is seeking a senior-level Industry Principal, Survey to shape and drive Numerator’s Verified Voices go‑to‑market strategy within the Market Research industry in Canada. This business leader will serve as the face of Numerator in the Canadian Survey space, leveraging deep industry expertise to build relationships, generate leads, and translate Numerator’s capabilities into real business value for clients and prospects. What You’ll Do Go‑To‑Market Leadership In partnership with the Canadian General Manager and Leadership Team, drive Numerator’s Verified Voices Go‑To‑Market strategy and positioning within Canada for this key growth vertical. Serve as the Canadian Survey industry subject matter expert (SME) within Numerator Canada. Collaborate with Canadian Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and refine go‑to‑market strategies specific to driving value in the Survey community. Identify high‑value prospects and help generate qualified leads for the sales team. Client & Prospect Engagement Engage directly with Canadian clients and prospects across all industries and levels, educating on the Numerator Verified Voices offering and showcasing the potential ROI of the solutions. Translate Numerator’s behavioral and Survey capabilities into tailored insights that address client business objectives. Support sales efforts by delivering compelling narratives around client Survey needs and industry challenges. Thought Leadership & Brand Representation Drive Numerator’s visibility and presence within the consumer insights industry by partnering with marketing, solutions consulting, and other departments as necessary. Represent Numerator at key industry conferences, panels, webinars, and trade associations. With the Director, Strategy and Solutions, develop thought leadership content. What You’ll Bring to Numerator 10+ years of experience in the Survey and Market Research industry, with a focus on: Consumer insights Marketing and brand strategy Business development or consulting Knowledge and experience in the Survey industry (e.g., Ipsos, Kantar, Caddle, SurveyMonkey, Zappi, Qualtrics, Suzy) is preferred, particularly within the context of consumer goods and retail. More specifically, an understanding of how Survey and verified purchase data can be integrated to provide deeper consumer insights is highly valued. Exceptional communication and presentation skills – ability to speak fluently to senior executives, salespeople, and product managers. Proven ability to align data solutions with business needs and drive revenue opportunities. Experience using or selling marketing research tools, syndicated data, or behavioral insights is a plus.
