Overview SpeechLP is an AI‑powered speech therapy platform that is changing lives. We have a passionate clinical team, the capital to scale, and now we need velocity. We are looking for a relentless Business Development Assistant to work directly with the CEO. Your role is singular and critical: You are the engine that drives our growth. Your mission is to identify key partners—Clinic Directors, School Board Superintendents, Influencers and Insurance Executives—and ensure the CEO’s calendar is full of high‑value meetings with them. You must be extroverted, outgoing and enthusiastic. This is not an administrative role; it is a growth role. Success is measured by one number: How many qualified meetings are booked on the calendar this week? What You Will Do Strategic Targeting: Map the landscape of the top Speech Clinics and School Districts across North America to identify the right decision‑makers. Relentless Outreach: Craft and execute emails, calls and messages that cut through the noise and get a response. Mission‑Driven Pitching: Advocate for better accessibility in speech therapy, communicating our mission with passion and clarity. Calendar Management: Handle the logistics of booking, prepping and confirming meetings to ensure seamless execution. Who You Are Hunter: Comfortable with cold outreach. Passionate about the Space: Genuine interest in Special Education, Speech Therapy or Child Development. Articulate: Write professional, compelling emails that busy executives will read. Ambition‑Driven: Eager to learn how to build a company from the ground up by working side‑by‑side with a Founder. Requirements Must be able to work in‑person in Toronto. Background in Psychology, Education, Business or Communications is a plus, but "hustle" matters more than your major.
