Family Hub Worker

The role of the Family Hub Worker is to manage a caseload effectively and engage and support referred families with multiple needs. The role will support children and young people aged 0-18, with the main focus on interventions for 8-18years. The post holder will deliver interventions in line with the early help assessment or statutory plan, planning and intervention framework., hold clear professional boundaries and set realistic goals with families and record all interventions effectively with a strong focus on putting children and young people first in decision making and interventions. The Family Hub Worker children and families and other agencies to empower children and families to sustain positive change and therefore increase resilience and reduce the need for professional support. Additionally, the Family Hub Worker will closely and creatively engage with local communities and partner agencies to establish and maintain an effective service for children and families in line with the objectives of integrated family hubs. Identifying potential claims, and providing evidence for the Troubled Families (Payment By Results) programme will be a key aspect of this role.
