We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our client's prestigious law firm who is expanding operations into Quebec. This pivotal role involves handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, sales, and financing for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in real estate law and a proven track record of Financing and Re-Financing of Institutional and Private Mortgages


REQUIREMENTS


  • Licensed to practice law in Quebec with a specialization in Real Estate Law.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer with a strong focus on Private mortgage transactions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and business negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional ethics and integrity.
