Our client, a leader in the logistic industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a teamwork and a sense of urgency skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Warehouse AssociateLocation : Timmins, ONShifts : AM Sorter (Mon - Fri 7am to 10am) Pay rate : $18 per hour. What’s the Job? Unloading and sorting freight. Preload while pulling assigned freight off conveyor belt, Scanning, cubing, reweighting. Build positive relationships with teams (couriers, lead hands and sorters). Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles. Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading. What’s Needed? Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs. Should have a Steel Toed Safety boots/shoes which are CSA Approved Strong customer focus and communication Attention to process, quality, and operational standards. Reliable and punctual behavior. What’s in it for me? Weekly pay, every Friday. 4% of vacation pay. Temporary to permanent position.
