Sr. Business Analyst/Process Consultant, ServiceNow HR and Workplace Service Delivery Solutions

Overview Employer Industry: Cloud Computing and IT Service Management Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings A supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement Involvement in innovative AI‑enhanced technology projects Work within a global market leader, engaging with Fortune 500 companies Flexible work personas that accommodate remote work options What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as a process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal departments using ServiceNow products Lead customer design workshops and guide clients in leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities Draft and manage user stories and their acceptance criteria throughout the engagement lifecycle Support internal unit testing and customer acceptance testing requirements Prepare customer‑facing deliverables focused on process improvement and documentation What is Required (Qualifications) Must be a Canadian Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance if required At least 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations/technology departments Must hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and others Proven ability to influence and consult within HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal organizations Strong understanding of HR, IWMS, and/or Legal systems and tools, as well as experience in Agile Development How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in analyzing and recommending HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal strategies based on business priorities Excellent communication skills with proficiency in presentation and facilitation tools such as Visio, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in Knowledge‑Centered Service/Support using relevant technologies Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude Proven ability to work effectively as a team player #CloudComputing #ITServiceManagement #Consulting #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork #ServiceNow We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
