Bring fashion expertise and customer service to Reitmans as a Key Holder, supporting an inclusive store environment and daily operations. Your style knowledge shapes engaging shopping experiences.
As a Key Holder, you support the management team while representing Reitmans’ brand image. You assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, complete accurate cash transactions, and apply promotions to support add-on sales. Your reliability helps maintain consistent store execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer experiences that encourage lasting relationships and loyalty
- Process transactions accurately while supporting customers at checkout
- Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales
- Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing merchandising standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures supporting smooth operations
Requirements:
- Two or more years in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Good style sense and knowledge of fashion trends
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
Use fashion knowledge, customer service, and operational reliability to support Reitmans customers as an effective Key Holder.
