Lead visual merchandising and store operations as Ardene’s Third Key Holder, Visual, using customer service and team supervision skills.
This retail position supports management across merchandising, marketing directives, and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, you oversee store operations while maintaining company standards and supporting the Store Manager. The role suits candidates with fashion retail interest and proven selling abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee opening, closing, cleanliness, restocking, and merchandising
- Create friendly customer service through product knowledge
- Process purchases at the register
- Supervise the team during store operations
- Support the Store Manager with company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of retail experience
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and lead positively
- Ability to lift merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds
