Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic DevOps & Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, automated, and robust delivery pipelines specifically for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. Your role Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines tailored for PLM applications (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras). This includes automating the build, test, deployment, and configuration management of PLM customizations, integrations, and upgrades. Develop and enforce comprehensive security architectures for PLM environments, including data encryption, access control, identity management, vulnerability management, and threat modeling specific to PLM data and processes. Automated Security in PLM: Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) and compliance checks into PLM CI/CD pipelines to proactively identify and mitigate security risks. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for PLM: Lead the design and implementation of IaC practices for provisioning and managing PLM infrastructure, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and security across environments. Monitoring & Incident Response (PLM): Establish advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for PLM applications and infrastructure, focusing on performance, availability, and security incidents. Develop and refine incident response plans specific to PLM security breaches. Compliance & Governance for PLM Data: Ensure PLM environments and data handling practices comply with relevant industry regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security policies. Containerization & Orchestration (PLM): Design and implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) strategies for PLM components, optimizing for security, scalability, and efficiency. Your skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated DevOps or Security Architecture role. Proven experience as an architect designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines for complex enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras). Extensive knowledge of security principles and practices, including network security application security, data security, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud‑native applications and infrastructure. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef), and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200 - $156,310 /year Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
