Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

BUGATCHI is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen consumer engagement, and drive storytelling impact. The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, creating compelling brand experiences that foster engagement and loyalty across the consumer journey This role collaborates cross-functionally and with external agency and media partners to drive seasonal campaigns across digital, print, experiential, and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Brand Marketing & Strategy Champion the customer perspective by translating insights and behaviors into brand strategies, ensuring campaigns and experiences resonate across the full consumer journey. Develop and maintain a seasonal marketing calendar that aligns campaigns, product launches, and brand moments. Develop the monthly go-to-market plan to align cross-functional teams around product launches, content rollout, and 360° marketing executions. Campaign Management & Creative Execution Initiate and project manage creative briefs for seasonal and evergreen campaigns, providing clear direction and guidelines to internal creative teams and external collaborators. Partner with the creative team by providing campaign messaging, themes, and strategic direction to inform briefs. Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, audience, and current trend including campaign imagery, videos, product storytelling, andsocial-first assetstailored for key platforms. Support the execution of campaign activations, events, and partnerships. Public Relations & Media Partnerships Collaborate with external PR agencies and media partners to align on messaging, seasonal priorities, and media strategy while maintaining an ROI-driven budget. Coordinate media placements in alignment with allocated budgets and campaign timelines, working closely with the brand publicist and media partners. Manage communication with media contacts, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent brand messaging across platforms. Deliver marketing assets according to media specs and deadlines; maintain clear communication throughout all phases of media execution. Marketing Operations & Performance Management Communicate marketing plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Work with internal teams including growth, creative and e-commerce to align campaign execution and performance across all touch points. Provide monthly status reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing performance, campaign progress, key insights, and risks, ensuring alignment with brand and revenue objectives. Manage the marketing budget, including planning, allocation, tracking, and optimization of spend to ensure efficiency and ROI Customer Trend Research & Market Insights Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to inform brand strategy and campaign development. Stay up to date on cultural trends, social media shifts, and fashion-industry movements to inspire content and messaging. Qualifications Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing for a fashion brand. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the luxury fashion industry, specifically focused on men's fashion. Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices in the luxury fashion industry. Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and driving revenue. Ability to work with multiple teams with excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills. Proficient in MS office, Photoshop, Illustrator. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with solid decision-making skills.
