Analyste Systèmes Senior / Senior Business Systems Analyst Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada Employment type & Seniority Full‑time, Mid‑Senior Level Job Function & Industries Information Technology – Hospitals and Health Care Job Description As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business success by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable insights and functional specifications. Your work will directly impact process improvements, product development, and service enhancements through data‑driven decision‑making. What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams. Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Design and create wireframes to visually represent user interfaces and workflows. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions. Evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmark performance. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. What You Bring Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Familiarity with product‑management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in creating wireframes and business process models. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Dynamic, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset. Bilingual French/English. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent, typically 7+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in spoken and written English (for clients outside Quebec/US). Preferred Skills & Experience Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis. Knowledge of business process‑modeling techniques and tools. Exposure to cross‑functional project teams and stakeholder management. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA) is a plus. Compensation Base pay range: $85,400 – $142,400.
