Mattice Lake Outfitters requires a manager/camp attendant for our small fly-in lodge located on the Ogoki Reservoir.The lodge is located on a 50 acre island, 55 miles north or our seaplane base in Armstrong Station, Ontario. Looking at a map you will find Armstrong 250 km north of Thunder Bay, Ontario.The camp consists of 5 housekeeping cabins, a camp managers cabin, 2 storage buildings, 2 fish cleaning houses, 2 water towers, 3 large docks and newly installed 18 kw solar system that supplies electrity to all buildings. This camp has two-way communications to the seaplane base as well wifi utilizing satellite internet. Guests supply their own groceries and prepare their own meals.

Duties include:Meeting, greeting and assisting guests to their cabins when they arrive by seaplaneHelp pilots load and unload aircraft when they are coming and goingGrass cuttingGeneral maintenanceMonitoring solar systemAssisting guests with boatsRefilling 2 water towers as needed with gas driven water pumpCommunicating with the seaplane dailyFuel guests boats dailyCut firewood for cabins

This is a great job for a self motivated jack of all trades who loves the outdoors and is customer oriented.
