Overview The Project Engineer, Associate provides technical & administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions. They troubleshoot installation issues and work under close supervision, handling problems of limited scope and complexity. Responsibilities Process submittals and RFIs. Maintain daily work tickets and update RFI’s and change orders. Track and manage change orders. Maintain accurate as-builts and document project issues/conditions. Keep organized project records and submit hours and cost codes. Obtain permits, badges, and access requests in advance. Assist with preparing change orders and managing project library. Participate in Key Project Review (KPR). Qualifications Education Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably from an ABET-accredited program) with 0+ years of experience. Physical Requirements Access to work areas requiring OSHA-approved ladders or stairs under construction. Must wear hard hat and safety glasses on site. Abilities Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Sitting for extended periods. Reach and manipulate objects with hands or fingers. Effective listening, speaking, reading, and understanding skills. Apply rules to solve specific problems and understand speech.
