We are looking for dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional care to clients in a virtual setting.


Role Overview:

As a Virtual Occupational Therapist with Align Wellness, you will work remotely to provide personalized occupational therapy services, helping clients improve their daily living skills, mobility, and overall well-being. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care we offer by collaborating with a team of skilled professionals and leveraging our secure virtual platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with a team of occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Utilize the Jane App for scheduling, managing appointments, and maintaining secure patient records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and supportive environment for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ontario with valid certification.
  • Experience with virtual therapy services is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms for telehealth services.
  • Familiarity with the Jane App or similar scheduling software is an asset.
