What You’ll Do


As an AI Deployment Strategist , you’ll act as the bridge between complex client challenges and transformative AI-driven solutions. Combining analytical expertise, creativity, and technical understanding, you’ll help enterprises across industries unlock the full potential of AI.


You’ll immerse yourself in our clients’ most intricate workflows, partner with their teams, analyze data, and explore the product landscape to enable them to scale AI-driven solutions. Some Deployment Strategists may also be embedded in Farpoint’s internal teams to solve strategic challenges. This role requires a sharp intuition for product, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of user needs to drive measurable business impact.


No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Diagnose Client Challenges – Work closely with client teams—from C-suite executives to frontline employees—to identify critical bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Design AI Workflows – Partner with engineers and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, impactful AI workflows and solutions.
  • Lead Engagements – Manage client relationships and oversee AI project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivery of measurable results.
  • Facilitate Workshops & Strategy Sessions – Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to define AI opportunities, refine workflows, and build alignment.
  • Embed with Clients – Immerse yourself in client environments to understand their workflows, data ecosystems, and operational dynamics.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams – Collaborate with Deployment Strategists, Engineers, and Designers to ensure seamless AI integration into real-world use cases.
  • Drive User Adoption – Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients integrate and scale AI workflows effectively.
  • Deliver Results – Present insights, results, and recommendations to diverse audiences, from analysts to executive stakeholders.
  • Shape AI Strategy – Contribute to Farpoint’s broader mission by bringing field insights back to influence internal product roadmaps and AI strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience – 3–5+ years in consulting, technical project management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably at an MBB firm or in an AI-focused organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of tackling complex, unstructured problems in fast-paced environments.
  • Client-Facing Expertise – Strong interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships, facilitating meetings, and delivering impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude – A foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions, with the ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Collaboration – A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, partnering with engineers, designers, and strategists to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Adaptability – Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving contexts, with the ability to pivot quickly while staying focused on client outcomes.
  • Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex ideas for a variety of audiences.
  • Project & Program Management – Highly organized with the ability to oversee AI deployments from strategy to execution. Comfortable taking on a project management role when needed.
  • Facilitation & Leadership – Skilled in leading workshops and meetings , helping diverse stakeholders align on AI strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Results-Oriented – A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients and driving long-term impact.


Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with AI concepts like natural language processing, predictive modeling, or generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SQL).
  • Previous experience working on AI-powered solutions or digital transformation projects.
  • Exposure to enterprise workflows or decision-making processes across multiple industries.
  • An advanced degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, economics, or MBA).
  • Ability to travel 25 – 75%, varying by location and team.


Salary & Benefits


This role offers a competitive base salary , with total compensation determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.


Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), sign-on bonuses, and other potential future incentives . Further, compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered and the potential future value of long-term incentives.
