This Role:
Quadbridge is seeking a Microsoft Solution Deployment Architect to join our team in Vancouver, BC. Your role will entail designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of Microsoft technologies and solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable systems, while acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Customer Needs: Thoroughly analyze and understand the customer's technical environment, business requirements, and goals to determine the optimal deployment strategy.
Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and document comprehensive deployment architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Microsoft technologies and solutions, including infrastructure, applications, and data platforms.
Technical Governance: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of the deployment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges during the deployment process.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of deployment architectures, processes, and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including engineers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful deployments.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices and continuously seek ways to improve deployment processes.
Technical Strategy: You'll contribute to the development of overall strategy for customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
Collaboration: You'll collaborate with other solution architects and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions.


Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Skilled in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, M365 and Security
solutions
Architecture Design: Ability to design and document complex deployment architectures.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Mandatory Certifications: Microsoft certifications (AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AZ-305: Azure Solutions
Architect Expert, AI 900: Azure AI Fundamentals, SC 900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identify Fundamentals)
Mandatory training: Microsoft Copilot Fundamentals (Generative AI)
Relevant experience in deploying Microsoft technologies
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (including CSP, MCA-E, EA) - An asset
