Manager of RCPF and Bioscience Bulk Load Out Join Our Team as a Grain Processing and Ethanol Loadout Manager Are you a hands-on leader passionate about operational excellence, team development, and driving results in a dynamic manufacturing environment? At Didion, we’re looking for a Grain Processing and Ethanol Loadout Manager to lead critical operations in raw corn processing and ethanol loadout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the board. What You’ll Do As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll: Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and growth opportunities. Oversee grain receiving, storage, and ethanol loadout operations to meet production and customer needs. Champion safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to support production flexibility and readiness. Manage inventory control programs and ensure compliance with USDA and FDA standards. Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. Lead capital projects and reliability programs to enhance operational efficiency. Prioritize continuous improvement in both people and processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business, Agronomy, Grain Science, or related field preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience). 5+ years of grain operations experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of commodity markets, grain handling, and manufacturing technologies. Advanced computer skills and ability to learn operational systems.
