Sunrise Farms is a group of companies focused on the poultry industry, serving customers in retail, food service, and industrial sectors with advanced hatcheries and cooking facilities. Role The Functional Analyst will be a detail‑oriented member who optimizes ERP, WMS, and MES systems, gathering requirements, configuring, supporting reporting, and managing EDI. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across ERP, WMS, and MES platforms. Configure and support Syspro ERP modules and WMS/MES functionalities to meet evolving business needs. Design and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support decision‑making and operational visibility. Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring seamless data exchange with external partners. Work closely with developers and system integrators to implement and test system changes across ERP, WMS, and MES. Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements in warehouse and manufacturing operations. Provide end‑user training and support for system functionalities, including ERP, WMS, and MES. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts for all supported platforms. Requirements Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. Hands‑on experience with Syspro ERP (configuration, support, and troubleshooting). Experience supporting or integrating WMS and/or MES platforms. Solid understanding of EDI standards and workflows (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ERP/WMS/MES implementations or upgrades preferred. Familiarity with integration tools and middleware. Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industry processes. Certification in Syspro, WMS, or MES platforms is a plus. Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
