Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the importance of massage therapy in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Attend weekly team huddles to provide care plans and motivate fellow colleagues for the week ahead
Qualifications:
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
- Proven experience providing exceptional massage therapy treatments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients on healthy living practices.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
