We seek motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales team in the growing home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments at residential homes and conduct sales presentations, providing all necessary information for homeowners to make same-day decisions about their gutter protection needs. Primary Responsibilities: Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity. Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (required). Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required). Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required). Proficient in navigating applications on an iPad (required). Previous outside sales experience is not necessary. Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Compensation: Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $80,000-$220,000 or more. Performance-based bonus opportunities. ICBA Contractors insurance coverage. Schedule: Flexible weekly schedule. Availability during evenings and weekends (required).
