Branch role and locations As Branch Manager for our Ste. Rose du Lac and Laurier, Manitoba locations, you will play a key role in supporting two close-knit communities where relationships and local knowledge matter. Ste. Rose du Lac is a small but vibrant lakeside community, while Laurier is a tight-knit rural village with deep agricultural and cultural roots; together, the branches serve a wider regional trading area made up of surrounding farms, cottages, and neighboring rural communities who rely on accessible, relationship-focused service. You will play a pivotal role in leading your branch team to deliver excellent member experiences, grow meaningful relationships, and help shape our branch’s way forward — all while being supported by a progressive, collaborative organization.
