We are seeking a high‑impact Senior Director of Global Operations to lead our operational strategy and execution across the global Club channel and key strategic retail partners. This senior leader will oversee operations for major accounts including Costco, Sam’s Club, Price Smart, Amazon, and other large‑scale retail and e‑commerce partners across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. As a key member of the Clubs Center of Excellence, you will shape our global operating model, define best practices, and drive scalable, repeatable solutions tailored to the unique needs of club and large‑format retail environments. You will own the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process, strengthen retailer collaboration, and deliver global standardization that enhances operational excellence, cost efficiency, and organizational scalability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global operational strategies for club accounts, ensuring optimized order management, supply planning, and fulfillment processes. Oversee the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring flawless execution, accuracy, and timeliness. Establish and enforce service‑level agreements (SLAs) and monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues by partnering closely with retailer partners. Lead the establishment of a Clubs Center of Excellence, defining its structure, processes, and governance. Act as the key operational liaison with Costco and Sam’s Club, driving alignment on process improvements, service levels, and joint growth initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain and commercial teams to develop and execute the global commercial strategy. Develop global KPIs related to retailer customer requirements, operational execution, and OTIF. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of support processes, system step‑by‑step guides, and configurations. Identify and implement cost‑out opportunities and efficiency improvements across logistics, order management, and fulfillment workflows globally. Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. Influence cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across systems and processes globally. Things You’ll Bring Deep understanding of end‑to‑end operations, including Order Management, Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, Supply Planning, and S&OP. Track record of building infrastructure and implementing processes in a rapidly growing company. Experience with global supply chain dynamics and considerations. Proven experience leading operations for major retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart.com, or similar large‑format or e‑commerce partners. Team‑oriented and collaborative approach, building long‑term relationships at all levels. Experience building new teams and leading remote members. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners. Unpretentious confidence, transparent communication, active listening, and respectful dialogue. Strong work ethic and determination to follow through on commitments. Willingness to learn, roll up sleeves, and lead by example as a “doer.” Experience & Qualifications Extensive senior‑level experience in global supply chain, operations, logistics, or order management. Experience supporting or leading operations with major retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, or other top‑tier partners. Success in developing and implementing scalable processes across multiple regions, including Centers of Excellence. Strong understanding of global supply chain complexities, demand forecasting, order management, and logistics. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across geographies. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure, report, and improve KPIs. Entrepreneurial spirit and agility to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus at all levels. Experience in S&OP and integrated planning a plus. Education & Other Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or advanced business/technical qualification preferred. Other Requirements Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and accommodate virtual meetings with global regions. Salary and Compensation Annual salary range: $206,550—$252,450 CAD.
