Service Specialist – London Drugs Join to apply for the Service Specialist role at London Drugs . We are seeking innovative, customer-focused people to join our team This role is key to providing a superlative shopping experience. Responsibilities Provide assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area. Handle customer issues and supervise the front end of the store while on duty. Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front‑end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance at checkouts. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Train and mentor team members, monitor their work habits, and maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style. Cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations. Qualifications Superior customer service experience. Excellent communication skills – good listener, patient, articulate. Motivational and delegation skills, ability to train others and monitor performance. Good interpersonal skills; ability to accept responsibility. Experience supervising is an asset. Available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
