The Opportunity Join our Perth team working alongside experienced partners and lawyers on diverse commercial litigation and liability matters. You'll gain exposure to shipping, marine, property, aviation, and commercial work while serving international and domestic insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, government entities, transport companies, airlines, and construction firms. This role offers excellent training and mentorship in specialised litigation areas. What You'll Do Draft legal documents, advice, and pleadings Conduct legal research and case law analysis Review documents and evidence, identifying key issues Communicate with clients, counsel, and stakeholders Support litigation and arbitration matters Contribute to commercial advisory and transaction work Participate in business development and professional development activities What We’re Looking For Law degree with 2-4 years post‑qualification experience Background in commercial disputes and litigation Strong legal research and document drafting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional client relationship skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail A team player ready to assist and support colleagues where necessary Why Join Us Work on complex commercial litigation matters Exposure to high‑value international disputes Structured mentorship and career progression Collaborative close‑knit team environment Ready to advance your litigation career at a leading international firm?
