About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You\'ll work on a diverse range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and support to our reputable clients. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within a firm that values mentorship and individual career paths. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on a variety of litigation matters, including employment, estate, insurance, personal injury, property, construction, and commercial litigation Solid advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Conduct legal research across a broad range of practice areas. Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain a strong understanding of court rules, statutes, and relevant legislation Work collaboratively with other members of the firm. Who We Are Looking For Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing. 1-3 years of relevant experience in litigation Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
