We aim to optimize and evolve the value propositions across rate plan suites, device programs, multi-user constructs, rewards programs, and service experiences. Our ultimate goal is to drive brand differentiation, and improve Mobility EBITDA and Household Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by enhancing and simplifying product journeys and ensuring the optimal introduction of new products into the market. You will support the development of the mid to long-term strategy of TELUS and Koodo rate plans, features, services, and device offerings. You will work collaboratively with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to enable new service and feature offerings. What you’ll do Develop and execute brand value propositions for new and existing mobility products and services. From technical requirements and go-to-market strategies, to evaluating and improving service and support models across the TELUS and Koodo brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives of varying scale and benchmark performance against industry standards. Develop business requirements for technical enablement, and marketing and channel requirements for go-to-market to support the launch of new product and service value propositions Work closely with senior team members within the Mobility Brand and Product team to support large scale initiatives, including primary brand value propositions with platinum marketing campaigns Work directly with cross functional product, platform and services teams to deliver small and medium scale initiatives, with direct responsibility for the Mobility Brand value propositions being delivered Evaluate telco and adjacent industry brand service and support models to benchmark TELUS and Koodo brand performance. Propose and evaluate opportunities to elevate service and support as a core component of each brand’s value proposition Explore and evaluate new service and support capabilities that are differentiated between TELUS and Koodo while enabling each brand to deliver on our Customers First Commitment. #LI-REMOTE Qualifications What you bring A highly organized and proactive approach to managing marketing timelines, assets, and dependencies. You anticipate next steps and actively coordinate execution across cross-functional teams You have a deep curiosity about customer needs and the competitive landscape, using insights to refine messaging. You bring a creative mindset to marketing challenges helping to translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging that resonates with our target audiences. Great-to-haves 2+ years of experience in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management support role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector. Proven experience assisting in the Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for a new feature or product launch. A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Salary Range: $81,000-$121,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
