Job Duties / Responsibilities Responsible for the overall operations of the pharmacy Lead a team Check prescriptions for proper dosage Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products Dispense prescribed pharmaceutical products Advise on the administration, uses, and effects of medications Knowledge of drug incompatibilities and contra-indications Maintain medication profiles of customers Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations Provide an exceptional customer experience What you Bring 2 years minimum of Pharmacy experience as a pharmacist who is registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacy in good standing Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and self‑direction skills Comfortable working during peak pharmacy hours (i.e. mornings, daytime, and weekends) Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills Injection certification is an asset Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
