What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing pharmacy team

Ensure patient-centred care that meets ACP standards (and goes beyond expectations)

Oversee workflow, inventory management, and safe dispensing practices

Drive clinical services: vaccinations, medication reviews, chronic disease support

Support operational success — KPIs, budgeting, performance & innovation

Build strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and the community

Maintain excellence in regulatory compliance and quality assurance

You'll be the heartbeat of the pharmacy — ensuring safety, service, and a place the community trusts.

What You Bring

Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta, in good standing with ACP

2+ years of pharmacy experience (prior leadership a major asset)

APA is a major asset

Strong communication skills and passion for mentorship

Clinical expertise with the desire to expand enhanced services

Business awareness with a proactive mindset — you like to make things better

Enthusiasm for creating a caring, supportive culture
