Lead Consultant – Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM/Hyperion Lead Consultant with expertise in both on‑premise Hyperion and EPM Cloud. The role will primarily drive Oracle EPM/Hyperion solution architecture and act as the techno‑functional lead, collaborating closely with client business users and stakeholders. The selected candidate will conduct requirement gathering, analysis, FIT‑GAP assessments, create functional and technical specifications, configure and build applications, integrations, forms, business rules, and reports. They will handle testing, validation, cut‑over, go‑live activities, troubleshoot post‑go‑live issues, and provide ongoing support. The role also includes leading technical and functional solutions for AMS engagements, including enhancements. Location: Mississauga, Canada (commuting distance or willingness to relocate). The position may require travel within Canada. Estimated salary for Ontario: $95,701 to $110,008. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate must be authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience with application development and support, especially in on‑premise Hyperion and EPM Cloud. At least two end‑to‑end implementations in Planning and Essbase and EPBCS. Functional understanding and practical exposure to Financial Planning and Budgeting, Management Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Statutory Reporting. Experience with Business Rules and Groovy scripting. Experience with complex integrations using FDMEE, Data Management, APIs, and EPM Integration Agent. Strong knowledge of EPM Security and provisioning. Experience with EPM Reports, including HFR and Smart View. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience on both Windows and Unix environments for on‑premise Hyperion. Hands‑on experience with basic infrastructure and administrative tasks in Hyperion. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technology solutions to diverse teams. Experience managing a team of 2–3 people is a plus. Desire to work in a global delivery environment. The job may also entail extended periods of sitting or working at a computer. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face to face.
