Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Toronto, ON, for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The specialist will handle day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk inquiries, assisting end‑users with hardware and software needs. Responsibilities include managing and resolving desktop computer issues, supporting a range of IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations for both internal and client‑side technology environments. Qualifications Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting experience Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers Strong foundation in Information Technology systems and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently Experience with endpoint management, MDM tools like Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot and IT security measures is an asset Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) or equivalent knowledge is preferred Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
