This role works closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams, requiring a collaborative mindset and a strong understanding of Richards’ products. The successful applicant will: Build strong relationships with assigned business accounts and act as their primary point of contact. Qualify inbound leads and uncover customer needs. Generate new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts. Support customers with orders, returns, pricing, and product information. Ensure smooth order processing and follow through using our ERP and CRM systems. Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to deliver seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities. Participate in occasional customer site visits with Outside Sales. We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes: Post‑secondary Degree or Diploma or 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Customer Service. 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset. A proactive, positive, solution‑oriented mindset. Ability to build trust, handle challenges, and support customers with care.
