Prevost, une division de Groupe Volvo Canada Inc., est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste d’affaires pour son équipe à Ste‑Foy ou Sainte‑Claire. Responsibilities Pilot the implementation of the identified solution, ensuring alignment with the platform SAP strategy. Deliver specific solution components throughout a project or assignment, managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle. Identify business needs for process improvements and new process implementation. Commit to tasks within the defined project or partner framework, maintaining engagement with clients and partners. Propose changes to optimize the solution and/or reduce operating or maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with applicable IT security guidelines. Describe high‑level process and specification for IT solutions to support business processes within a project. Assess partner strategy alignment with Volvo, highlighting areas of influence and contributing to solution comparisons. Act as a global spokesperson within the domain, maintaining communications between local and global IT teams and stakeholders. Support level‑2 troubleshooting during and after business hours, meeting client expectations. Participate in system and software recoveries after interruptions or disasters. Deliver training to colleagues and key users (Super / Key Users). Maintain IT department KPI information using tools such as Snow and DevOps. Support product manager (DPO / DPAO) for preparation and update of information for internal team meetings and prioritization committees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst OR University certificate in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis with five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst OR DEC in Computer Science and six (6) years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modules WM or PP; experience with MM, QM modules is a strong advantage. Intermediate / advanced English proficiency. Benefits Permanent full‑time position. Competitive salary: $48,66 / h to $54,67 / h per week. Four (4) weeks of summer vacation. Two (2) weeks of holiday leave. Up to six (6) paid personal leave days. Overtime paid.
