Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following: Education & Experience: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 1+ years of experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or market analysis is an asset. Experience and understanding of roles within Construction and or Engineering sectors is highly desired for this position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
