Process Improvement & Reporting: Assist in creating candidate summaries, and progress reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline data, and sourcing outcomes. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following: Education & Experience: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 1+ years of experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or market analysis is an asset. Experience and understanding of roles within Construction and or Engineering sectors is highly desired for this position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Experience using online research tools, AI platforms and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and Boolean search techniques. Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
