Job Title: Associate Lawyer - Commercial Litigation Location: Downtown Vancouver About The Firm A well‑established, full‑service litigation law firm in downtown Vancouver is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team. With over 30 years of legal excellence, the firm has built a strong reputation for high‑quality client service and exceptional advocacy. Position Overview The firm is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4+ years of litigation experience . A portable practice or book of business is an asset but not required. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in the firm's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research, case analysis, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams Manage files from initiation to resolution with a high degree of professionalism and integrity Advocate for clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the firm's reputation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia 4+ years of litigation experience Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation options, including either a fee split or salary arrangement Tailored compensation packages to align with career goals Opportunities for professional growth and advancement How To Apply Interested candidates should apply directly to this post, or submit resume to .
