Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our team supporting the Mitchell HumphreyFinancial Management System (FMS). This role is critical to maintaining and advancing our accounting/ERP product suite, ensuring seamless build, deploy, and upgrade processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in C and C#, experience with ERP systems, and a proven ability to balance legacy responsibilities with modern development practices. This individual will work closely with product and technical leaders to sustain continuity from retiring team members while contributing to the ongoing modernization of our solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ERP and financial management software solutions. Support build, deployment, and upgrade tasks for both legacy and modernized systems. Write and optimize code in ANSI C and C# , ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability. Develop database-driven applications using SQL and relational databases. Build and maintain user-facing web applications with Blazor . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Assist with knowledge transfer and succession planning as part of team transitions. Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices. Skills and Experience Experience in Accounting/ERP software projects . Proficiency with SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience with C# and Blazor web development. Ability to analyze complex business domains and translate them into scalable solutions. Nice to Have: Experience with WPF and XAML . Familiarity with maintaining and modernizing legacy software. You thrive in solving complex technical challenges, have strong communication skills, and can contribute effectively to a cross-functional product team.
