Company Location: - Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 0K5 Position: Construction Site Supervisor Terms of employment: Full-Time; Permanent Salary: $37.50 per hour Number of positions:1 Start date: As soon as possible Work location(s): Candidates are required to work in Surrey, BC, and various other locations in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley areas (BC) as per the companys work contracts with its clients. Position responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate trades persons and construction workers performing drywall & siding installation, tile setting, and related tasks on new construction and renovation projects. Establish methods to meet work schedules and, coordinate work activities with other subcontractors. Resolve work-related problems and implement measures to improve productivity and work quality. Order materials and supplies. Monitor work progress for each project. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Position requirements: Completion of secondary school. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar trade is required. Ability to communicate in English.
