Senior Data Analyst Are you passionate about turning data into stories that drive real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape the future of how we promote our video games and related services. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for uncovering insights about our marketing and sales campaigns and customer behavior. You’ll own the full analytics process, deliver clear, actionable recommendations, and ensure teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll solve problems, spark ideas, and help drive change across our marketing channels in a fast-paced, creative industry. Responsibilities Design smart tracking plans and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure we collect the right data and use it effectively. Identify what to measure, build tools and solutions to analyze performance, and improve marketing efforts. Create dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that are clear, scalable, and tailored to different teams. Tell compelling stories with data to help the company understand customers and make informed decisions. Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted data advisor. Adapt to fast-moving environments with flexible approaches to tackle complex challenges. Develop models and automated tools that deliver insights at scale and keep the company ahead of the curve. Support and mentor junior analysts and contribute to team growth. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or financial analytics. Experience with marketing platforms and channels is a plus. Strong SQL and NoSQL data manipulation skills. Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI a plus). Ability to build statistical models or alternative approaches, create dashboards (Excel, Tableau, etc.), and deliver complex reports. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus. Experience with data hosting/transformation tools such as Snowflake, DBT and AWS is a plus. bilingual content French and English components of the role are included in the description where applicable.
