We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team on our famous IP Dead by Daylight. As a Senior Data Analyst at Behaviour, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of tracking tools used for performance and quality reporting of our game.
Your expertise in analyzing game data will be key to providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and elevate player experience. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow data analysts, to achieve our ambitious goals. In this role you will:
- Develop telemetry during game production to ensure that player behaviour can be analysed.
- Identify, develop, and provide analytical answers to challenges faced by partners involved in game development.
- Produce clear and concise output/outcome (dashboard reports and analyses) to meet the needs identified.
- Promote knowledge and understanding of player behaviour at studio level through clear and well-documented analyses.
- Establish strong working relationships with partners and colleagues built on trust and proximity.
- Work with different teams to adapt approaches and tools to solve complex problems and find good balance between velocity, accuracy, and quality.
- Have a positive attitude towards the accomplishment of your work.
- Expertise in the field of analytics and ease to work with different statistical methods;
- Excellent knowledge of how to use databases, particularly complicated data processing of large data sets with SQL and NoSQL;
- Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau);
- Autonomy and excellent organization skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience with AWS and/or Snowflake tools;

- Identifier, proposer et fournir des réponses analytiques aux enjeux des partenaires impliqué·e·s dans le développement du jeu ;
- Produire des résultats clairs et concis (tableaux de bord, rapports, analyses) qui répondront aux besoins identifiés ;
- Promouvoir la connaissance et la compréhension du comportement des joueur·euse·s à travers la compagnie grâce à des analyses claires et documentées ;
- Nouer des relations fortes avec vos partenaires et collègues afin de travailler dans un contexte de confiance et de proximité ;
- Travailler avec différentes équipes pour adapter les approches et les outils afin de résoudre des problèmes complexes et trouver un bon équilibre entre rapidité, précision et qualité ;
- Adopter une attitude positive envers l'accomplissement de votre travail.
- Expérience dans l'Industrie ou expérience équivalente, avec un intérêt et une connaissance avérés des jeux vidéo en direct;
- Excellente connaissance de l'utilisation des bases de données, en particulier le traitement complexe de grands ensembles de données avec SQL et NoSQL;
- Excellentes compétences en visualisation de données (Power BI/Tableau);
- Autonomie et excellentes compétences organisationnelles;
- Bonnes compétences en communication;
- Expérience avec AWS/Snowflake un atout.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec une équipe multidisciplinaire, incluant d'autres analystes de données, afin d'atteindre nos objectifs ambitieux.
