The Role: Lead a Creative Team : You will head a diverse, remote team of talented creatives ensuring the highest level of output quality. Elevate Client Relationships : Work closely with top-tier brands to understand their creative needs and help them scale their projects with innovative and tailored solutions. Drive Strategic and Operational Excellence : Your leadership will ensure processes and frameworks are in place to deliver consistent, high-quality results on time and within budget. You will also adopt AI-driven efficiencies, where appropriate, to streamline workflows and improve scalability. Work with Leading Global Brands : You'll lead a portfolio of high-profile accounts across sectors like Tech, Healthcare, and Retail to deliver exceptional campaigns, branding work, and large-scale creative projects. Cultivate a Collaborative Culture : Foster a high-performing and collaborative environment within your team, ensuring creative autonomy, open communication, and mutual support. The Must Have's: Creative Vision & Leadership : You’ve successfully led creative teams in a fast-paced, creative environment. You can balance creative excellence with operational execution, always pushing for innovative solutions. Experience with High-Profile Clients : You have a proven track record working with enterprise clients, especially in the tech sector. Strong Design and Art Direction Background : With a foundation in design, you’re deeply experienced in the creative production side, but you're also a strategic thinker who can lead high-level, big-picture creative initiatives. Adaptability & Innovation : You’re excited by the opportunity to integrate AI tools and innovative processes into creative workflows to drive efficiencies while maintaining a high standard of creative output.
