What You’ll Do Own your territory: You’ll take full charge of your region, identifying opportunities, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of new business. Hunt daily: Cold calling, door-knocking, follow-ups — you thrive on high activity and direct contact. Sell smart: Position Merlo’s unique value to ag clients with compelling business cases that show ROI, efficiency, and game-changing results. Grow trusted partnerships: Develop long-term relationships rooted in trust, value, and consistency. Stay proactive: You’ll keep your CRM clean, your calendar full, and your sales funnel always moving. You create them. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, agriculture, or B2B. Proven success in business development, prospecting, and territory growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a relationship builder. Independent, self-motivated, and competitive — but you thrive as part of a team.
