Therefore, we are seeking a Marketing Website Tech Lead/Senior Developer (WordPress) Requirements: WordPress 5+ years HTML/CSS 5+ years Excellent experience with ACF PRO, ACF Extended Excellent experience with CWV optimization Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices Advanced English Would be nice to have experience (any of these or all of them): WPRocket, Imagify Webflow Cloudflare Next.js Storyblok Gatsby Contentful HubSpot CMS AWS Google Analytics Responsibilities: Create a project architecture at the start of the project and continue to update it throughout Building core functionality for critical features Installation of plugins, widgets, and other functionality for dev env Code review of developer’s code for every feature/bug before merging to develop branch Helping developers with issues that they can not resolve on their own Create feature sub-tasks and assigning on developers Communication with the client on tech issues Explore new technologies if they are required for project delivery Control that a project is created up to the client’s technical requirements Features estimation for ongoing projects for PMs Website optimization to pass CWV Full team support, nurturing teammates that don’t throw you under the bus Collaborative culture that encourages creativity and a management team that cares about your career growth Competitive salary and valuable benefits package 4+weeks of paid time off annually Knowledge sharing initiatives Yearly team trips Financial support for employees pursuing further education Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative tech environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
